Business rules Management System (BRMS) allows you to efficiently define, track and audit different validation rules without extensive coding.

These rules can be easily tailored to meet specific business requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy in decision-making processes.

It is developed with a Proprietary Engine to evaluate defined Business Rules by compiling elements in an efficient language to perform the evaluations.

SWiMF is created by Concepto, a Uruguayan engineering company with more than two decades of expertise in developing software for the management of different customs and Single Window systems in Uruguay, Colombia and Costa Rica.

Since its foundation, the company has experienced a constant strengthening of its services, expanding internationally and successfully carrying out projects in several countries of the region.

The highly dynamic environment of foreign trade and its changing international decrees, laws, rules and other aspects, allowed us to abstract our business knowledge and reflect it in a framework that contains the main components required to adapt and respond efficiently to different challenges.

Together with GeneXus Consulting, Concepto developed the Single Window for Foreign Trade (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior) in Uruguay. Our success implementing the system made Concepto an example to follow within the region, given the excellent outcome of the project. VUCE is key in facilitating foreign trade in Uruguay. Since its implementation we continue to provide support and update services to ensure a constant development of the system.

Customs Uruguay

in 1998, Concepto developed the LUCIA system, a project focusing on the modernization of the Uruguayan Customs and its services. The outcome was a success, and since then Concepto and the Uruguayan Customs still work together, providing maintenance and development to the system. It also supports the customs in other key areas, such as the management of different processes and procedures within.
